To reach KFC Left / Kiri in North Pagai, most travelers begin their journey in Padang, West Sumatra (Minangkabau International Airport - PDG).
- Take the Mentawai Fast Ferry from Padang to Tuapejat, Sipora (South). The ferry runs on specific days of the week and takes about 3-6 hours depending on the route.
- Upon arrival at the harbor, you will need a private speedboat transfer (usually arranged by your resort or charter) to navigate the final leg through the island channels to KFC Left / Kiri.
- Alternatively, you can access this break directly by booking a liveaboard Charter Boat originating from Padang, which will moor directly in the channel next to the reef.
